Boiler production line

The machine has been built to serve the needs of your business in mounting a solar boiler.
It does not require specialized personnel for its operation, while at the same time it provides the possibility of increasing your daily production.
The production line consists of four machines, which cooperate with each other and are as follows:

1) Metal conveyor belt

It is along the line and carries the containers to the machines for processing. It has stations. Waiting at the beginning of the line for a station on each machine and a station at the exit of the line (pickup).

2) Mantle edge forming press

Ruggedly constructed horizontal jacket forming press forms jacket ends to fit the container body.

The forming press is suitable for fast production with a stable result.

Consists of:
A. Heavy duty machine base
B. Five electronically controlled moving parts
C. Control and control panel
D. Laser system for aligning the mantle with the body

3) Cap placement machine

After the previous process is completed, the conveyor picks up the container and takes it to the next station, which is the assembly of the lids. After the operator has placed the caps in the sockets, the system moves by pressing the caps onto the body at the same time and locks them in place.

4) Welding machine

After the container has been prepared, it reaches the welding stage. The positioner goes to the receiving position, picks up the container and rotates about its transverse axis by 135 degrees so that it reaches the welding position. Immediately four joints with the corresponding tweezers are activated by gluing caps and mantle simultaneously.
The variable object holding system ensures proper holding during welding.
After the welding process is completed the positioner rotates again about its transverse axis to leave the object at the drop point.
